Milk: so much to love!

In 2007, capitalizing on the goodwill of Quebecers toward milk and other dairy products, the Fédération des Producteurs de Lait du Québec commissioned Exposition TCD and Champigny-Raymond to design and create a moveable milk counter - Lait à la bouche - a modular kiosk with tasting stations, info points, contextual signage, and a retail outlet for products endorsed by the Fédération and its members.

Production and Services

Over the course of the project, our mandate was expanded to include the handling of logistics, installation, dismantling, storage, maintenance, and coordination between event managers and the FPLQ.

Exposure

Every year, Exposition TCD oversees some fifteen events in various Quebec regions.

The moveable milk counter can be seen at major festivals, in shopping malls, and at events linked to the food, dairy, and beverage industries.

With a surface area of 380 square feet (35 m2), the circular milk counter may be approached from any angle and incorporates refrigerated stations, a freezer, a sink with running hot and cold water, a storage area, and four flat screens presenting a steady stream of key messages, logos, and general information vignettes.

Award winning design!

With its fluid, curving lines, elegant, contemporary design, and floating, open structure, the brightly lit Lait à la bouche milk counter attracts the attention of passersby.

Its modular design earned the Toronto’s ART DIRECTOR' S CLUB award in the environmental design category.
